【摘要】 通过对我国不同生态区乔纳金苹果果实品质的调查和解剖结构观察 ,不同生态区乔纳金果皮角质膜厚度、质地均匀一致程度和外表光洁度各异 ;果皮角质膜质地均匀一致是果面光洁的重要特征 ;表皮细胞的大小、形状和排列方式等影响角质膜厚度和质地均匀一致性 ;不同生态区乔纳金苹果果皮机械组织厚度、细胞层数、细胞大小和排列方式各异。在相对湿度低、降雨量少的地区 ,果实表皮细胞稀疏 ,机械组织发达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anatomical structures of “Jonagold”apple peel were studied from various regions of China. The thickness,consistency and glossy outer surface of cuticle membrane were different significantly among the materials from various regions. Glossy outer surface and consistency of cuticle membrane are very important characters of bright fruit surface. The cutin membrane thickness and consistency were affected by cell shape,size,arrangement manner in epidermal cells. The mechanical tissue thickness,the number of the tissue cell layers, the cell size and manner of the cell arrangement were different in various ecological regions. The comprehensive analysis results lead us to conclude that there were rare epidermal cells,flourishing mechanical tissue and large cell gaps in low relative humidity and less precipitation regions.更多还原
