【摘要】 目的　对人肺腺癌肿瘤组织的 5 HTR的定位观察。方法　β型 5 HT抗独特型抗体 ,免疫组织化学PAP法。结果　人肺腺癌肿瘤细胞内有大量 5 HTR免疫反应阳性物质 ,结论　肺腺癌细胞上有5 HTR表达 ,5 HT可能参与人肺腺癌的生长调控。为研究肺腺癌的发生和发展机制以及临床治疗提供有价值的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the immunohistochemical location of 5 Hydroxytryptmatine receptor in human lung adenocarcinoma. MethodsWith the β anti idiotypic antibody , 5 Hydroxytryptamine receptor of the tumor cells in human lung adenocarcinoma was observed with immunohistochemical PAP methods. Results There was β anti idiotypic antibody immunoreactive substance in human lung adenocarnima cells.ConclusionIt suggests that 5-HT may be involved in the human lung adenocarcinoma cells. Therefore,it provides valuable leads for explaining the pathological process of human lung adencarcinoma and searching for new methods to treat the lung carcinoma.更多还原
