Rigorous and Realistic Approach-the Essence of a Paragon Teacher
【摘要】 教师的职业道德、人格力量和学术水平是构成教师素质的主要内容,高尚的职业道德使教师能够以身作则,言传身教;伟大的人格力量使教师能够用爱心唤醒爱心,让学生"亲其师,信其道";较高的学术水平使教师能够传道、授业、解惑,能够把学生引领到专业纵深。这样,教师才能不辱使命,不愧为人师。
【Abstract】 The essay expounds the major content of the quality of a qualified teacher: prof essional ethics, personality power, and academic level. A teacher who excels in these three aspects can be worthy of the name of teacher.
