水稻多胚品系9003的胚胎发生

【摘要】 水稻多胚品系9003具有6%左右的多胚频率,且多胚苗中有单倍体和多倍体出现.对胚胎发生过程的观察发现,大多数除了行正常的发育途径外,还有多卵卵器、原胚提前发育、助细胞发育成胚、合子异常分裂等现象 讨论了多胚和倍性变异体的起源,认为在栽培稻中存在生殖多样性.

【Abstract】 Rice is one of the most important crops. In the process of evolution, cultivar rice was characteristic of one embryo in a seed. After germination, one seedling shoots out from a seed. It was reported previously that there were 6% polyembryo seedlings in rice strain 9003 (Oryza sativa L.), which was bred from the offsprings crossed between indica and japonica. Some of polyembryo seedlings were haploidy and polyploidy. The embryogeny for 9003 strain was investigated in details. The polyegg egg apparatus, early developing embryo, embryo derived from synergy cell and aberrant division of zygote were found besides the normal development. The results showed that the reproductive diversity might be existed in some cultivar rice. The origins of polyembryos and ploidy mutants were also discussed in this paper.
