添加剂对La-H2O2模拟酶体系催化BNPP水解的影响
The Effect of Additives on the Hydrolysis of BNPP Catalyzed by La3+-H2O2
【摘要】 研究了在pH7.00时,La3+和H2O2摩尔比和表面活性剂CTAB、TritonX 100,pH缓冲剂N 2 羟乙基哌嗪 N 2 乙磺酸(HEPES)、三羟甲基胺基甲烷(Tris),离子强度调节剂KCl,KNO3及KClO4对La H2O2体系催化BNPP水解反应的影响.实验结果表明,当[La3+]∶[H2O2]=1∶1时,La3+和H2O2对BNPP的催化活性最大,所加表面活性剂、缓冲物质和盐均使La3+ H2O2体系催化BNPP水解反应的表观速率常数减小.
【Abstract】 The effects of molar ratio ofLa 3+ toH 2 O 2 , cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),TritonX 100,N 2 Hydroxymethyl piperazine N 2 ethanesuifonic acid(HEPES),Trihydroxymethyl aminomethane(Tris),KCl,KNO 3 and KClO 4 on the hydrolysis of (bis(2,4 dinitrophenyl)phosphate)(BNPP) catalyzed by La 3+ H 2 O 2 were studied at pH 7.00.The experimental results indicated that the activity of catalysis reacheda maximum when [La 3+ ]∶[H 2 O 2 ]=1∶1,and the surfactants,buffers and salts added decreased the observed rate constants of the above hydrolysis reaction.
