【Abstract】 Computer telephony integration will bring the features of hightech call centers to even the smallest of companies. JTAPI provides the first mechanism that spans the different CTI standards and integrates telephone systems with any Javacapable server system regardless of platform. The Java telephony API allows telecommunications and telephony vendors to merge their own technologies with that of the World Wide Web. JTAPI has a set of core APIs and many support packages.
