【Abstract】 The study was performed for testing the effect of electric pulse combined with adriamycin(ADR) to treat S180 sarcma of mice.Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 experimental groups after inoculation of S180 sarcoma:control group,drug group,electric pulse group and drug plus electric pulse group.The result of sarcoma measure indicated that the growth rates of sarcomas of the drug plus electric pulse group were significantly inhibited compared with other groups.And the result of histochemical observation indicated that the structures of sarcoma cells of drug plus electric pulse group had more damages than that of other groups.Therefore,the authors conclude that the electric pulse could enhance the effect of ADR.更多还原
