含氯聚硅烷的合成与表征
Studies on the Synthesis and Characterization of Polysilanes Containing Chlorine
【摘要】 将光敏基团Cl直接键连在聚硅烷大分子上,用3种方法合成了含氯聚硅烷:①用硅氢化反应将氯丙烯加成到聚硅烷上;②用含苯基聚硅烷中的苯环进行氯甲基化反应;③在Wurtz缩合反应完成后直接从反应体系中将端基含氯的聚硅烷分离出来.对产物分别进行了1HNMR、FT IR、GPC和XPS表征.
【Abstract】 The photosensitivity radicalCl was directly bonded with polysilane molecules. The polysilanes containing chlorine were synthesized by three ways: ①Through hydrosilylation reaction the propylene chloride was added to polysilanes containing Si-H. ②The containing chlorine polysilanes were synthesized by chloromethylation reaction of polysilanes with Ph. ③After complete of Wurtztype reductive condensation, the polysilanes with endCl directly were separated from reaction system. The polysilanes containing chlorine were characterized and analyzed by the 1HNMR, FTIR, GPC and XPS.
