【Abstract】 Circular dichroism(CD) and fluorescence spectra were used to elucidate the relationship between the activity and molecular conformation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.,Lectin Ⅱ(PCLⅡ) under different temperature and pH Value. The results showed that PCLⅡ was stable in various temperature and pH between pH 4～9.5 and below 80℃, but the molecular structure and biological activity changed much under pH 2,pH 4,pH 12 and 80℃, and the activity of PCLⅡ became weak.更多还原
