金线蛙冬眠前后肥满度及部分内脏器官的变化
CHANGES ON RELATIVE FATNESS AND SOME VISCERA OF RANA PLANCYI PLANCYI BEFORE AND AFTER HIBERNATION
【摘要】 实验测定了金线蛙冬眠前后几项生理指标。结果表明 ,冬眠前后两性的肥满度及躯体肥满度变化均不显著 ,但两性的肝系数均显著下降 ;脂肪体系数和生殖腺系数的变化均表现两性差异。
【Abstract】 Some physiological indices of Rana plancyi plancyi were tested before and after hibernation.The results showed that the relative fatness and body relative fatness of the two sexes all had no apparent changes but the liver coefficient descented apparently.There were some differences in the change of fat body coefficient and genital gland coefficient of the two sexes.
