【Abstract】 Metastasis of cancer cell is a main cause of poor curative effect and prognosis of patients with cancer. The invasive metastasis of cancer cell is a complex multi step process and is modulated by many kinds of metastasis suppressor genes and metastasis genes. KAIl is a newly found metastasis suppressor gene. Recently, many studies showed that the reduced expression of KAIl was related to invasive metastasis of various kinds of cancers. This paper reviewed the study on KAIl gene in gynecologic tumors.更多还原
