【Abstract】 Carcinoma of endometrium is one of the most common malignant tumors seen in department of gynecology with an increasing incidence in recent years. As the long term continuous stimulation of estrogen to the endometrium is associated with the occurrence of the disease, in recent years, progesterone therapy, anti estrogen therapy and so on have been increasingly concerned and studied, and great development have achieved in their clinical applications as well.
