【摘要】 目前丙型肝炎病毒传播已成为危害公众健康的主要问题之一 ,自从 90年代初对血液制品进行抗 HCV筛查以来 ,母婴垂直传播已成为HCV的主要传染方式。但其具体传播机制尚不清楚 ,可能与母乳喂养和分娩方式等有关。对HCV感染的早期诊断 ,包括对高危孕妇的筛查 ,有利于疾病的治疗和预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic hepatitis C virus infection is regarded as a major public health problem at present. Since the Anti HCV screening in blood products was conducted in early 1990s, vertical transmission from infected mother to her infant has become a predominant mode of transmission. However, its detailed mechanism of transmission still remains largely unknown. Perhaps, it is related to the mode of delivery and breast feeding. Early diagnosis for HCV infection, including the screening of high risk pregnant women, will contribute to the treatment and prognosis of the disease.更多还原
