【摘要】 介绍了煮练酶SKD用于低级棉中厚织物的前处理,通过试验得出轧酶冷堆→氧漂;冷堆→热洗→氯漂及酶液在煮布锅内浸泡织物→热洗→氯漂各种工艺路线均可基本达到传统工艺半制品质量标准,手感更好,且污水中污染指标大大降低,减轻了污水处理负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents the pretreatment of medium heavy fabric of low grade cotton with scouring enzyme SKD. Through experiments, processing routs for several enzymes are established, that can achieve the quality of the semi-product by conventional process.
