【摘要】 目的 :建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定人参提取物及其胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1 含量的方法。方法 :采用HypersilC1 8( 2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,乙腈 -水 ( 30 :70 ,V :V)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 0 3nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .1 2 4～ 1 .984mg/ml,三水平的平均回收率 ( % )分别为 1 0 0 .46、1 0 0 .71和 1 0 0 .72 ,RSD( % )分别为 0 .1 8、0 .72和 0 .48。结论 :本法简便、准确、可靠 ,可作为人参提取物及其胶囊制剂的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the determination of the content of ginsenoside-Rb 1in the ginseng extract and its capsule. Methods The chromatograph column is Hypersil C 18 (250mm 4.6mm,5 μ m).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(30/70,V/V),The detector was operated at 203mm.Results: The calibration curves were linear in range of 0.124～1.984mg/ml,The recoverise(%)were 100.46?100.71 and 100.72.The RSD(%) were 0.18?0.72 and 0.48,respectively.更多还原
