木材点火时间影响因子的实验研究与数值分析
Experimental Study and Numerical Analysis on the Factors Concerning the Ignition Time of Timber
【摘要】 利用正交化实验方法,在火灾早期特性实验台上进行了一系列实验,实验过程采用摄像机进行拍摄,对摄像结果进行分析后,得出不同工况条件下木材的点火时间(诸工况包括辐射源功率、样品与辐射源距离和样品倾角等),从实验角度进行初步分析后,再利用数值分析理论计算出它与各种工况的函数关系.研究发现,木材点火时间与各种影响因子近似成线性关系,且影响最大的为辐射源功率.
【Abstract】 The perpendicular design is used to carry out a series of experiments on a fire early stage character.A video camera is used to record the whole process of the experiment for analysis.The article concentrates on the ignition time under different conditions such as the radiation flux,the distance between the sample and the radiation source and the sample obliquity.A curve approach is used to compute the relation between the ignition time and the different conditions after analyzing the experimental results primarily.The results show that the ignition time of timber has a linear relation with the factors mentioned above.And the radiation flux plays the most important role among all the factors.
