煤粉燃烧稳定性指数的建立

【摘要】 利用沉降炉试验系统进行煤粉着火燃烧特性的试验研究,得到反映煤粉着火燃烧放热情况的烟温温差分布曲线.利用烟温温差分布曲线和着火温度指数建立判断煤粉燃烧稳定性的指数Wc.通过Wc可以对不同煤种的燃烧稳定性进行定量分析比较,进而为电厂安全选用新煤种提出依据.

【Abstract】 The problem on combustion stability of pulverizedcoal is one of the most important factors to the security and economy of the boiler’s operation in a power plant. Firstly, the experimental study on combustion and ignition characteristics was done by using 1D sedimentation furnace system. Then curve of temperature difference distribution of flue gas was obtained, which can reflect the institution of heat releasing in combustion and ignition of pulverized coal. Lastly, Wc, the index of combustion stability of pulverizedcoal was established by using the preceeding curve and ignition temperature index.
