柴油机燃用二甲醚排放特性的研究
Study on Diesel Engines Fueled with Dimethyl Ether
【摘要】 利用定容燃烧室和共轨式燃料喷射系统,对二甲醚(DME)燃料喷雾特性进行了试验研究.在单缸柴油机上,采用不同的喷孔直径、孔数、喷射率及涡流比时,对DME发动机排放性能进行了对比试验.结果表明,较少的喷孔数和较大的喷孔直径可以提高燃料喷雾的贯穿距离,抑制燃料的早期蒸发,有利于减少大负荷工况下CO、THC和NOx排放.
【Abstract】 Dimethyl ether(DME) injection characteristics using a common rail fuel injection system were investigated in highpressure condition. In order to get the effects of injection characteristics on exhaust emission, the DME engine test was performed using a direct injection singlecylinder diesel engine. Consequently, the injection nozzle with larger injection hole diameter and lesser holenumber is suitable for the reduction of emissions at the high injection quantity operation because of its high air utilization by long spay tip penetration, wide spray interval and restraining fuel early evaporation.
