模拟火灾环境下木材炭化速率的实验研究
Experimental Study on Charring of Wood Under Simulated Fire
【摘要】 研究了早期火灾条件下辐射源功率、样品与辐射源间距离及辐射时间等因素对积炭性材料炭化速率的影响 .实验样品处于无焰燃烧状态 ,采用全过程录像跟踪拍摄 ,对录像进行处理后 ,得到实验样品的炭化层厚度的数据 ,对实验数据进行分析计算 ,得到的经验公式可用于描述材料炭化速率与实验因子的关系 .结果表明 ,辐射源功率越大 ,样品与辐射源间距离越小 ,炭化速率越大
【Abstract】 This paper experimentally examines the effect of radiation flux, distance between the sample and heat source and the radiation time on charring rate of charring material exposed to heat flux at the early stage of fire. The process of charring is recorded by camera. The dependence of charring rate on influence factors can be obtained by analyzing the experimental results. Thus the empiristic formula obtained can be used to describe that the charring rate will increase with the increase of the radiation flux and the decrease of the distance between the samples.
