【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法测定乳制品中牛磺酸含量的方法。采用荧光检测器,柱后OPA衍生剂衍生,色谱柱为Waerts氨基酸分析柱,柱温为25℃,流动相流速为0.4 mL/min,衍生剂流速为0.4 mL/min。标准曲线相关系数为0.9749;回收率为95.6％;8次样品测定SD为0.383 2,变异系数为1.2136％。更多还原
