【摘要】 研究了高效液相色谱法,同时测定牛乳中维生素A,D。乳粉样品通过皂化、萃取,提取液通过aminocyano色谱柱净化、silica色谱柱分离,紫外检测器,外标定量法,同时测定出样品中维生素A,D。本法最低检出限VA为1.1×10-8g,VD为2.5×10-8g;变异系数VA为1.917%,VD为5.518%;平均回收率VA为96.3%,VD为90.2%。更多还原

【Abstract】 This is a method for determination of Vitamin A and D in dairy product by HPLC.Samp le is saponified and ether extract is in jected for clean-up on t he amino-cya no LC column and quantif ied on the silica LC column and is dete rmined by UV de tector.It is quantified by extern al standard.It is determined Vitami n A and D of sample in the same time.The minimum detectable value of Vita min A is 1. 1×10-8 g and Vitamin D is 2.5×10-8 g.The variation coefficient (CV%)of Vitamin A is 1.917%and Vitamin D is 5.518%.The recovery of Vitamin A is 96.3%,and Vitamin D is 9 0.2%.更多还原
