煤粉燃烧一维温度分布可视化模拟研究

【摘要】 现有的红外线热像仪监测火焰时只能提供火焰累积温度图像,无法提供火焰内部温度分布信息。在一定条件下煤粉炉膛内的局部燃烧过程可近似为一维对象,本文作者提出采用两只探头分别从其两炉壁开孔处拍摄火焰图像,运用图像处理技术和辐射传递原理重建出两探头之间的一维温度分布。对两种典型温度分布对象,采用两种火焰监测方式,分别进行了模拟研究,并给出了实验的初步结果。结果表明以适当的拍摄角度可获得良好的重现效果,说明其方法具有应用价值。

【Abstract】 Infrared thermal image devices currently available can only provide accumulative temperature images of a flame during the monitoring of the latter without the ability to present any information concerning the inner temperature distribution of the flame. Under certain conditions the local combustion process specific to a pulverized coal fired boiler furnace can be approximated to a one dimensional object. By using two probes for taking the picture of flame images respectively from two openings on a furnace wall and through the adoption of image processing techniques and radiation transmission principles a one dimensional temperature distribution can be reconstructed between the two probes. With respect to two kinds of typical temperature profile and by the use of two kinds of flame monitoring mode a simulation study for each kind was respectively conducted. The simulation results indicate that a good reproduction effect of the temperature profiles can be achieved if flame detectors are mounted at an appropriate picture taking angle, thus testifying to the significant usefulness of the method proposed by the authors.
