石油焦水蒸气气化反应特性

【摘要】 在常压,900℃~1050℃,20%~100%水蒸气分压范围内,在热天平上研究了两种石油焦的气化反应特性。实验表明,在水蒸气气氛下石油焦具有较好的气化反应活性,气化过程中反应速率R=dx/dt在转化率0 2附近有一最大值,而比气化反应速率M=dx/dt/(1 x)则处于单调递增状态。通过对石油焦气化过程中有效比表面积随碳转化率变化的实验表明,以实际碳基为基准的有效比表面积Se随反应的进行不断增大,M和Se的变化趋势相同。

【Abstract】 The effect of temperature and steam partial pressure on gasification characteristics was investigated using thermobanlace The results showed that the gasification reactivity of petroleum cokes is high The reaction rate, R=dx/dt, has a maximum value when carbon conversion is about 02 as the reaction proceeds The carbon conversion corresponding to the maximum reaction rate is independent of temperature and steam partial pressure And the specific gasification rate, M=dx/dt/(1x), increases continuously during the gasification of petroleum cokes It has a linear relationship with carbon conversion during the carbon conversion from xmax to 08 The specific surface area increases with increasing carbon conversion The specific gasification rate has a good relativity with the effective specific surface area occupied by pores larger than 06?nm
