磨煤机启动过程管壁超温问题的试验研究

【摘要】 介绍山东日照发电厂 1号锅炉磨煤机启动过程中管壁超温问题的试验及结果。对磨煤机启动过程中过热器和再热器管壁超温的原因进行了分析 ,提出了解决管壁超温问题的具体措施。研究结果对解决墙式燃烧方式的锅炉磨煤机启动过程中普遍存在的管壁超温问题有一定的指导意义

【Abstract】 The tests and study results for tube - wall over - temperature problem during the start - up course of pulverizing mills on boiler No. 1 hi Rizhou Power Plant, Shandong Province, have been presented. The causes leading to tube - wall over - temperature of reheater and superheater during the start - up course of reheater and superheater during the start - up course of pulverizing mills being analysed, and concrete measures for solving the said problem being put forward. The test results have certain guiding significance for solving the tube - wall over - temperature problems exsisting widely during the start - up course of pulverizing mills for wall - type combustion boilers.
