【摘要】 介绍 1种高效盐酸酸洗除油缓蚀剂的研制和应用。通过对该缓蚀剂进行缓蚀效率试验、电化学试验及毒性试验 ,评定其缓蚀性能 ,探讨缓蚀机理。结果表明 ,该缓蚀剂缓蚀效果良好 ,且可省去碱洗和碱洗后水冲洗步骤 ,既节约药剂 ,又减少废液排放。这种缓蚀剂已在多台机组的化学清洗中得到成功应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development and application of title corrosion inhibitor has been presented. Through tests of inhibitive efficiency, electric chemistry, and toxicity of said inhibitor, the behavior and mechanism of inhibition have been evaluated and explored. The results show, the effectiveness of this corrosion inhibitor to be good, the alkalicleaning and waterflushing operation after said cleaning can be omitted, not only economizing chemical agents, but also decreasing the discharge amount of waste liquor. Inhibitor of this kind has already been successfully used in chemical cleaning for many units.更多还原
