多风道翼型测风装置性能研究

【摘要】 在风道弯头后的定长试验段上 ,进行了多风道平板翼型测风装置的测风试验。对风量与输出压力的关系、翼型出口与压差计连接方式对测量结果的影响、多风道数对测量结果的影响、测量装置的阻力特性等进行了研究分析。试验结果表明 ,多风道测量技术测量精度高 ,鉴于压损有所增加 ,测量用的翼型数量不宜过多。

【Abstract】 On the constant length test section ater the elbow of air flow duct, a test of air flow measurement by using airflow measuring device with multiduct flatplate airfoil profile has been carried out, some characteristics, namely the relationship between airflow rate and output pressure, the influence of connection mode regarding airfoil profile exit to the pressuredifferential meter upon the results of measurement, the influence of multiduct pieces upon the results of measurement, and resistance property of the measuring device etc., have been studied and analysed. The results of test show, the measuring technology with multiduct is feasible; in view of the pressure loss having somewhat increase, it is inadvisable to use too many airfoil profiles in the test.
