锅炉飞灰含碳量偏高原因分析及处理对策
CAUSE ANALYSIS AND REMEDIAL MEASURES FOR SOMEWHAT HIGHER CARBON CONTENT IN FLY ASH OF BOILERS
【摘要】 从燃料、一次风、三次风和氧量等方面分析了锅炉飞灰含碳量偏高的原因。通过细粉分离器改造 ,一次风速、风温和掺烧方式调整等 ,使纯烧煤时的飞灰含碳量由原来的 8%降至 2 .4 %左右 ,掺烧高炉煤气时可控制在 8%以下 ;锅炉效率由 1998年的 89.4 %提高到 2 0 0 2年的 92 .4 % ,取得了较好效果
【Abstract】 The causes leading to somewhat higher carbon content in fly ash of boilers have been analysed from several aspects, namely fuel, primary air, tertiary air, and oxigen rate etc.. Through retrofit of the fine pulverized coal separator and adjustment of coal sorts, primary air velocity and air temperature, as well as burning admixture of other fuel, the carbon content in fly ash during the time of burning single coal has been decreased from an original value of 8% to about 2.4%, and during the time of burning simutanuously admixture of blast-furnace gas, the carbon content in fly ash can be controlled to below 8%, enhancing the boiler efficiency from 89.4% in 1998 to 92.4% in 2002.
