12%Cr钢(F11)主蒸汽管道运行后的组织与性能

【摘要】 对姚孟发电有限责任公司 1号机组运行 14万h后的F11钢主蒸汽管道材料进行了各种力学性能试验和微观组织观察分析。分析认为 ,运行 14万h后其材料发生了组织老化和性能脆化 ,但尚有一定的剩余寿命。此结果对 12 %Cr类钢的研制、使用及主蒸汽管道的监督具有技术研究的参考意义和工程实际应用价值

【Abstract】 Various mechanical behaviour tests and microscopic observation analysis for main steam pipeline made from material of F11 steel on unit No.1 in Yaomeng Power Generation Co Ltd after 100000 h operation have been carried out. It is considered after analysis that the structural aging and the behaviour embriflement of said material had occurred after 100000 h operation, but a certain residual life is still existing. The results have reference significance in technical study and applicable value in practical engineering for developing, utilizing and supervising main steam pipelines made from 12% Cr steel.
