湍球塔湿法脱硫的试验研究

【摘要】 着重于实心填料球的试验研究 ,测量了不同工况下湍球塔阻力和脱硫效率。由试验得到湍球塔阻力与气体速度、静止床层高度、液体喷淋量和填料密度的关系 ,以及钙硫摩尔比、液气比对脱硫效果的影响。试验结果可为湍球塔在工业应用中的参数选择提供依据

【Abstract】 The resistance of turbulent spherulite-shaped contact absorbers tower and efficiency of flue gas desulfuration(FGD) under various operation conditions have been measured, emphasizing the study of solid spherulite fillers. The relationship curves between resistance of said turbulent contact absorbers tower and the flue gas velocity, height of static bed layer, spray and trackling liquid amount, or density of spherulite fillers, as well as the influencing curves of Ca/S molar ratio, and liquid-gas ratio upon the efficacy of desulfuration are obtained from the said experment. The experimental results can provide with bases for selecting parameters of said turbulent contact absorbers tower in industrial application.
