西山烟煤与阳泉无烟煤及其混煤的燃烧性能研究
A STUDY ON COMBUSTION PERFORMANCE OF XISHAN BITUMINOUS COAL, YANGQUAN ANTHRACITIC COAL, AND THEIR BLENDED COAL
【摘要】 采用热天平和一维火焰炉对单一煤及其混煤的着火、燃烧、燃尽以及结渣特性等进行了试验研究 ,初步分析了挥发分含量及掺配比对混煤燃烧性能的影响 ,提出等效挥发分值可作为混煤燃烧时确定运行参数的重要依据。根据试验结果 ,运用模糊数学方法进行综合评判 ,确定了混煤的最佳掺配比 ,为混煤的合理燃烧提供了科学依据
【Abstract】 Test and analysis study on behavior of ignition, combustion, burn-out, and slagging property for single coal sorts and their blended coal had been carried out by using thermal balance and unidimensional flame oven. The influence of volatile content and admix ratio upon combustion performance of blended coal has been preliminarily analysed, it is suggusted that the equivalent volatile content value can be used as important basis for determining operational parameters during the time of burning blended coal. Based on test results, the optimal admix ratio of blended coal is determined by means of fuzzy mathematic method to carry out comprehensive judgment, providing scientific basis for resonable combustion of blended coal.
