光学信号互相关法测量两相流颗粒流速的试验研究
TEST AND RESEARCH ON MEASURING PARTICLES’ FLOW VELOCITY IN TWO-PHASE FLOW BY USING OPTICAL SIGNAL CROSS-CORRELATION METHOD
【摘要】 气固两相流中的颗粒流过激光光束时会使得光透射强度信号产生波动 ,对上下游布置的 2个光波动噪声信号进行采样 ,通过互相关计算 ,可以得到颗粒的速度。试验表明该测量技术抗干扰能力强 ,测量精度能满足工程测量的要求 ,可用于非球形、不透明颗粒的速度测量。
【Abstract】 The signal fluctuation of optical transmission intensity may be occurred when particles in the gas-solid two-phase flow are passing through the light-beam of lasers, the particles’ flow velocity can be obtained via cross-correlation calculation after sampling two signals of optical fluctuation from probes allocated at up-stream and down-stream. Test shows that the anti-interference ability of the said measuring technique is strong, the accuracy of measurement can meet the requirements in engineering measurement. Hence, it is suitable for measuring the velocity of non-spherical and non-transparent particles.
