大容量锅炉减温水量过大问题的研究与应用

【摘要】 基于扬州第二发电厂 2号炉汽温特性和对其影响因素的理论分析、试验研究和工程实际测试 ,对大容量锅炉减温水量过大的问题进行了研究 ,认为减温水量过大为炉膛结构不当、煤种偏离设计等所致。对此 ,提出工程技术改造方案。

【Abstract】 Based on the steam temperature characteristics of boiler NO.2 at Yangzhou Power plant NO.2, as well as theoritical analysis, test and research, as well as measurements in engineering practice for influence factors upon said steam temperature characteristics, combined with collation and analysis of operational data, a study on problem of excessive desuperheating water quantity for a large-capacity boiler has been carried out. It is considered that the causes of the said problem are non-suitable furnace structure, deviation of coal sort from the design etc. Hence, a scheme of technical retrofit for this project has been given.
