一种适合于挥发性液体黏度测量的毛细管黏度计
A new capillary viscometer for volatile liquid
【摘要】 针对制冷工质等挥发性液体黏度的测量需要 ,研制了一种新的改进型 Ubbelohde毛细管黏度计 ;它的最大设计耐压能力为 1 0 MPa。在完成黏度计的设计和加工后 ,利用纯水和无水乙醇对毛细管黏度计的仪器常数进行了标定。最后利用新研制的毛细管黏度计 ,对 HFC1 5 2 a的饱和液体黏度进行了测量。实验结果表明 ,测量的实验结果与文献值的平均偏差为 0 .72 % ,最大偏差为 1 .67%。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the need of viscosities measurement for volatile liquid such as refrigerants, a new improved Ubbelohde-Type capillary viscometer was provided with its maximum endurable pressure to be 10 MPa. After the viscometer had been fabricated, the instrument constants were determined with pure water and ethanol. In addition, the saturated viscosities of HFC152a were measured with the new viscometer. The results indicated that the average absolute deviation ad maximum deviation were 0.72% and 1.67%, respectively.
