块粒型煤在固定炉排炉内燃烧特性的实验研究
Experimental study of combustion properties of mixture of chinaley coal and granular briquette(MCCGB) in stationary grate furnace
【摘要】 提出将煤的分级技术和型煤技术结合起来 ,使原煤变成由块煤和型煤构成的具有一定粒度分布的块粒型煤。在实验台上对两种配比的块粒型煤进行了燃烧实验 ,并与全型煤和全块煤的燃烧情况进行了对比。实验表明 ,在固定床上 ,实验用煤都能及时着火 ,可忽略着火延迟时间对燃烧的影响。块粒型煤的燃烧速度明显高于型煤。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a technique with which the row coal is made to be the mixture of chinaley coal and granular briquette (MCCGB) with a granularity distribution. Combustion experiments of two MCCGB with different ratios between chinaley coal and granular briquette were conducted on the experimental bench, the experimental results show that MCCGB can ignite in time and the combustion velocity of MCCGB is significantly higher than that of single briquette.
