【Abstract】 Because urban/rural discriminative division has not been abolished completely, the migrant peasant workers can’t settle down in the urban area. To establish social security system for peasant workers will help to maintain social stabilization, drive agriculture development and promote urbanization.Meanwhile, because the social security system may not assort with other public polices, it may have somewhat negative effects on socioeconomic development, and contribute to efficiency loss due to pursue social equity.更多还原
