【摘要】 中国石化荆门分公司20万t/a润滑油加氢改质装置是我国第1套利用国内技术的润滑油中压加氢处理装置。该装置采用石油科学研究院开发的润滑油加氢处理生产优质基础油技术(RLT),利用中压加氢处理-加氢精制-常减压分馏工艺。装置于2001年11月开车一次成功,经过1个周期的试运行,结果表明:在反应氢分压11.0 MPa,反应温度348～355℃,氢油比大于1000:1,反应空速O.5～1.0 h-1的操作条件下,加工减三线及减四线鲁宁-江汉-西江混合油,可以生产粘度指数高于95,色度小于0.5号,低硫、低氮且产品收率高的优质润滑油基础油,解决了中国石化荆门分公司高档润滑油的来源问题,具有良好的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the first lube oil medium pressure hydrotreating unit adopting domestic technology in China, the RLT technology developed by RIPP(Research Institute of Petroleum Processing) is adopted in the 200kt/a lube oil medium pressure hydro-upgrading unit in SINOPEC Jingmen Branch to produce high quality lube base oils with medium pressure hydrotreating-hydrorefining-atmospheric and vacuum distillation processes. After a successful start up in one time and a work trial running, the results show that, while processing the vacuum cut 3 and cut 4 oils from the mixture of Luning,Jianghan and Xijiang crude oils, the high quality lube base oils with high viscosity index( Ⅵ>95),low colority(<0.5),low sulfur,low nitrogen and high yield could be produced under the conditions of hydrogen partial pressure of 11. 0MPa, reaction temperature of from 348℃ to 355℃ ,hydrogen-to-oil ratio of above 1000:1,reaction space velocity of from 0.5 to 1.0 h-1. The problem of the source of high grade lube oils in SINOPEC Jingmen Branch has been settled, so this technology has good future.更多还原
