【摘要】 增压注水装置是油田注水开发的重要设备 ,该设备的决定性部件是高压密封。在高压旋转的条件下 ,要求密封性能可靠 ,寿命长。通过采用多级串联、密封单元间均压和初级密封使用流体动压式等技术 ,成功地研制出高压旋转密封。通过现场试验和推广应用 ,具有适用性好、互换性强、方便使用和管理、成本低等特点 ,满足增压装置的使用要求更多还原

【Abstract】 Increasing pressure injection device is an important equipment for development of oilfield, the key unit, high pressure seal, is required to have high sealing performance and long life under high pressure and rotating conditions, High pressure rotating seal is developed successfully by technology of multi stage in series, averaging pressure between seal chambers and fluid dynamical pressure seal for the first seal. By tests and application in oilfield, it can meet the requirements of increasing pressure injection device and has the characterics of nice in suitability, excellent in interchangeability, convenient in use and management and low in cost.更多还原
