正交试验法在润滑剂配制中的应用
Appliance of Orthogonal Experimental Methods in Compounding Lubricant
【摘要】 分析了切削颤振的原因 ,论述了润滑油膜控制切削颤振及其噪声所应具备的基本条件 ,介绍了正交试验法在配置减振降噪油中的作用以及降噪油的使用效果 ,得出了微凸体油膜弹性支承效应是抗振降噪关键的结论
【Abstract】 this paper analyzedl how the chatter come into being, discussed the basic requirements for the lubricant oil film to reduce the chatter and noise, introducedl the effect of reducing noise oil compounded by orthogonal experimental methods, and finally drawed a conclusion that the elastic supporting effect of oil film on micro bulge was the key to resist vibration and reduce noise.
