【摘要】 针对聚苯乙烯装置熔体泵存在严重的泄漏问题 ,根据熔体泵的工况条件 ,分析了泵轴填料密封失效的原因 ,认为主要原因是密封选型不当。提出了采用螺旋密封与填料密封组合使用的改造方案 ,基本解决了进口熔体泵密封泄漏严重的问题。文中还给出了螺旋密封的整套设计计算方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the operating conditions of a melt polystyrene pump,the problem of serious leakage of the shaft seal was analyzed and some of the causes of the seal failure were submitted. A new type of complex shaft seal consisting of soft packing and helical seal was presented. It was shown that the improvement is effective . The methods of construction design of a helical seal were also presented.更多还原
