碳纤维/铝粉/双马来酰亚胺复合材料的工艺研究
TECHNOLOGICAL STUDY ON COMPOSITES OF CARBON FIBER-ALUMINIUM POWDER-BISMALEIMIDE
【摘要】 采用对辊挤塑机制备短碳纤维/铝粉/双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂基复合材料,用扫描电镜(SEM)对材料断口、纤维分布进行了分析,测试了材料的冲击、弯曲性能。结果表明:在材料中,对辊混料的时间对纤维平均长度及分布没有太大的影响,碳纤维、铝粉的加入及后固化处理都使材料的力学性能得到提高。
【Abstract】 By using double-roller-mixing machine to mix short carbon fiber,aluminum powder and BMI a C/Al/BMI composite was prepared.The effect of short carbon fiber content,aluminium powder content and post curing procedure on composite properties was discussed in this paper.Impact strength and bend strength were test.Sweep electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the length distribution of the fibers on the broken section of composite materials.The result showed that mechanical properties could be improved by adding carbon fiber and aluminum powder and by means of post curing procedure.
