【摘要】 [目的]研究肢残家庭子女的心理健康情况及心理特点。[方法]运用信度效度较高的康奈尔心理量表、ULCA孤独量表和自尊量表对60例肢残人的子女和120例健全人的子女作为对照进行问卷调查,所得数据进行x2检验和t检验。[结果]肢残组的心理健康得分异常者(阳性)较多,但与健全组统计无显著差异(P>0.05);其愤怒项得分显著高于健全组,而抑郁项得分显著低于健全组;肢残组在心理特质测试中自尊得分显著高于健全组(P<0.05)。[结论]肢残家庭子女不存在严重心理健康问题,但有其特殊的心理特质。这一点应引起父母、教育工作者及社会有关部门的关注,因材施教,因势利导,使他们健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the health state and psychological characteristics of offspring of person with deformity of extremities. [Methods] Cornell Medical Index (CMI), UCLA solitude scale and self-esteem questionnaire were used to evaluate the health state and psychological characteristics of 60 offspring of person with deformity of extremities (maimed group) and those of 120 offspring of the sound. Data was analyzed with statistical software SPSS 11.0. [Results] Compared with the sound group, the number of subjects who got abnormal grade of Cornell Medical Index was large (P > 0.05) in the maimed group, indignation score was high, depression score was low and self-esteem score was high ( P < 0.05) . [Conclusion] Health state of offspring of person with deformity of extremities is not abnormal but special psychological features such as indignation and depression can usually be found. Therefore, parents, educationist and related public departments should pay more attention to this group. Proper measurements can be done to help them grow healthily.更多还原
