【摘要】 [目的]探讨芪苓柴虎汤(OD)提取物的抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)作用。[方法]OD提取物处理乙肝病毒转染的细胞(2.2.15细胞),用ELISA法测定HBsAg和HBeAg。[结果]OD制成的4个不同工艺提取物对HBV-DNA转染的2.2.15细胞分泌的HBsAg、HBeAg均有明显的抑制作用,并呈一定的剂量依赖关系。[结论]芪苓柴虎汤在体外对HBV有一定的抑制作用,为临床治疗慢性乙型肝炎提供了实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate in-vitro anti-HBV effect of extractive of Qilingcaihu Decoction (QD) . [Methods] HBsAg and HBeAg levels in the 2.2.15 cells treated with extractive of QD were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. [Results] QD extractives processed by four methods inhibited the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in HBV-DNA-bearing 2.2.15 cells in a dose-effect manner. [Conclusion] QD has a certain inhibitory effect on HBV and this supply an experimental envidence for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
