【摘要】 观察调脂降糖片对肥胖类2型糖尿病患者体重、空腹血糖、空腹血胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数等的影响。方法:在糖尿病基础治疗上,加用中药调脂降糖片(由水蛭、大黄、黄连等组成)口服。1月为1疗程。观察体重、体重指数、空腹血糖、空腹血胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数的变化。结果:经治疗后体重由治疗前的(76.6±9.9)kg下降至(73.1±8.9)kg,治疗前后比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001),随着体重下降,体重指数、空腹血糖、空腹血胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数也有一定的改善。结论:调脂降糖片治疗肥胖类2型糖尿病有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of Tiaozhi Jiantang Tablet (TJT) on body wieght, blood sugar, blood insulin and insulin sensativity in 2 type diabetes with obesity. Methods: Based on the routine treatment TJT (composed of Hirudo. Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Rhizoma Coptidis, etc. ) was added for oral use. One month constituted a course of treatment. Body weight, body weight index, fasting blood sugar, blood insulin and insulin sensativity were observed. Results: After treatment, the body weight was decreased from (76. 6±9. 9)kg to (73. 1±8. 9)kg, the difference being very significant ( P < 0. 001). Along with the decrease of body weight, the body weight index, blood sugar, blood insulin and insulin sensativity were improved.
