【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾调肝方治疗少精症的作用机理。方法:大鼠少精症用棉子油造模,将大鼠随机分成给药造模组、给药正常组、单纯造模组、正常组,每组20只。给药造模组、给药正常组连续给补肾调肝方21天后,处死大鼠,测定大鼠附睾精子数及血清睾酮(T)含量。结果:给药造模组、给药正常组、正常组与单纯造模组,在精子数、血清睾酮等方面比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),说明补肾调肝方能有效提高少精症大鼠的精子数,而对正常大鼠的精子数无明显的影响,同时能够稳定大鼠少精症睾酮的含量,达到正常大鼠的睾酮水平。结论:补肾调肝方可能有直接生精的作用,有效防止机体病理性激素水平的升高,维持机体性激素水平的平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Bushen Tiaogan Fang(BTF)for oligospermia.Methods:The oligospermia model of rats were established by cottonseed oil.The models were allocated to medication model group (MMG),medication normal group (MNG),simple model group(SMG) and normal group(NG),each group amounting 20 rats .BTF was given successively for 21 days ,then the rats were executed,and the sperm count in epididymis and the content of serum testosterone (ST) were determined.Results:The sperm count and ST of MMG,MNG,NG in compared with SMG showed significant difference (P < 0.05),suggesting that BTF can increase sperm count in oligospermia rats,but no marked influence in sperm count of normal rats and can normalize the content of testosterone in oligospermia rats .Conclusion:BTF can promote the generation of sperm directly ,prevent the pathologic increase of hormone level and maintain the balance of hormone level.更多还原
