二斑叶螨为害与寄主植物叶绿素含量变化的关系
Changes of Chlorophyll Content in Host Plants Infested with Two-Spotted Spider Mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch)
【摘要】 以四季豆、棉花、苹果、茄子4种作物为寄主,接种密度每张叶片0,15,30,60头4种水平,进行了二斑叶螨为害与寄主植物叶绿素含量变化关系的研究。结果表明:每张叶片15,30,60头成螨不同密度的二斑叶螨为害同一寄主植物时叶绿素减少量的差异显著;相同密度的二斑叶螨为害不同寄主植物时,叶绿素日减少量差异明显,但累计减少量基本相符,差异不显著;试验中的各种密度二斑叶螨在连续危害过程中均有危害峰期,危害曲线呈“八”型。二斑叶螨的密度越大,高峰期出现越早。
【Abstract】 The decrement of chlorophyll wasn’t distinct at different densities of two -spotted spider mite in the same host plants, and the leaves of host plants had the capability of compensating chlorophyll with the light density of two-spotted spider mite. The daily decrement of chlorophyll were basically equal at the same density of two-spotted spider mite in different host plants, but the decrements of chlorophyll among different host plants were different.
