不同光照度对番荔枝幼苗叶片生长发育和光合性能的影响
Effects of Different Light Intensities on the Development and Photosynthesis of African Pride(Annona atemoya Hort.et West.cv.African Pride)Seedling Leaves
【摘要】 把“非洲骄傲”(AnnonaatemoyaHort.etWest.cv.Africanpride)番荔枝实生幼苗分别置于100%、42.2%、21.1%的自然光照度下处理2个月,研究不同光照度对其叶片生长发育及光合性能的影响。结果表明:遮荫条件下叶片宽度生长模式呈双峰型,叶片生长时间延长。遮荫极显著降低了叶片海绵组织、栅栏组织厚度,提高了叶片叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,降低了叶绿素a与叶绿素b的质量比。在各处理的光照条件下测定的光合指标结果表明:遮荫显著降低了叶片蒸腾速率,遮2层荫网的气孔导度显著低于其它2个处理,光合速率各处理间无显著差异;炼苗1d后在自然光照下测定的番荔枝幼苗单叶光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度都随着叶片发育过程中所处光照度的增加而增强。
【Abstract】 The effects of100%,42.2%,21.1%sunlight intensities on the growth,development and photosynthesis of African pride(Annona atemoya Hort.et West.cv.African pride)seedling leaves were studied.In shading conditions,the growth pattern of leaf width was a single″S″and the leaf growth period became longer.Palisade and spongy tissues were thinner in sunshade than in full sunlight.Total chlorophyll,chlorophyll b and carotenoid contents were higher in shading conditions.The photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance measured in full sunlight after1day of training decreased markedly with the light intensity.Data measured in different light intensities showed that the transpiration rate was reduced under shading and that the stomatal conductance was significantly lower at21.1%sunlight as compared with the other two treatments.
