性别、年龄及采血量与微丝蚴检出率的关系观察

【摘要】 目的探索性别、年龄及采血量与检出微丝蚴率的关系,为血检诊断丝虫病提供依据。方法统计分析全民普查资料,揭示性别、年龄与人群微丝蚴率关系;以60μl和120μl血普查,了解两者差异,并对微丝蚴血症者采血60μl和120μl,了解其检出率。结果性别与微丝蚴检出率无关,人群微丝蚴率是随年龄增长而升高;120μl血的微丝蚴检出率显著高于60μl血量。结论丝虫病普查可从3岁开始,特别不可忽视老年人的受检;诊断丝虫病血检以采血120μl为宜。

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the relationship of the microfilarial detection rate and the sex, age and quantity of blood sample.The purpose was provide the scientific basis for filariasis diagnosis. Methods Statistical analysis of the correlation of microfilarial detection rate, sex, age and quantity of blood sample. The difference between 60μl and 120μl of blood sampling in the microfilaremics examination was studied. Results The microfilarial detection rate showed no correlation with sex, but it was positively correlated with age. The microfilarial rate was higher when using 120μl of blood sample than using 60μl. Conclusion Surveillance of filariasis should not ignore the aged people. 120μl of blood should be sampled for filariasis diagnosis.
