【摘要】 目的研究氯仿对机体特异性体液免疫功能的毒性作用。方法在同一时间内通过检测小鼠血清半数溶血值,体外抗体形成细胞数量,以测定氯仿对机体特异性体液免疫功能的毒性作用。结果氯仿在一定剂量作用下,能降低血清半数溶血值,体外抗体形成细胞数量。结论氯仿对小鼠的体液免疫功能有不同程度的毒性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the toxicity of Chloroform in body specificity humoralimmunity. Methods The toxicity of chloroform in specific humoral immunity was determined by testing serum hemolysin level and counting plaque forming cells of rats. Results Chloroform could reduce serum hemolysin level and decrease the number of plaque forming cells of rats. Conclusion Chloroform could impair the body specific humoral immunity.更多还原
