L-精氨酸对热应激小鼠胸腺T细胞亚群的影响
Effect of L-Arginine on Thymus T Cells Subsets of Mice Under Heat Stress
【摘要】 目的 探导补充L 精氨酸对高温应激小鼠胸腺T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫器官重量的影响。方法 将NIH小鼠随机分组 ,灌胃给予精氨酸 1 4d后 ,将热应激组动物放入 (4 1± 0 5 )℃高温仓中热暴露 1 2 0min后间隔 2h处死 ,测量各组小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数 ,应用流式细胞术分析CD3、CD4、CD8亚群的变化。结果 补充L -精氨酸的各组小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和CD3、CD4细胞百分比、CD4 /CD8细胞比值均高于常温对照组及热应激对照组。结论 热应激后小鼠免疫功能受抑制 ,补充适量L 精氨酸可减轻热应激小鼠胸腺和脾脏的急性萎缩 ,增加热应激小鼠T细胞亚群数量及辅助性和抑制性T细胞的比例
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of L Arginine on thymus T cells subsets and the weight of the mouse immune organs under heat stress. Methods NIH mice were randomly divided into six groups. Some mice were given L arginine for fourteen days and killed at 2 hours after heat stress (41±0 5℃, exposure for 120 minutes). The control group was not exposed to heat stress. Thymus index, spleen index were measured and the T cells subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results In groups given L Ariginine and under heat stress, there were significant improvements on thymus index, spleen index, CD3 cells, CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 ratio. Conclusion The immune system of mouse was depressed after heat stress. L Arginine supplementation with appropriate dose could increase the T4/T8 ratio and remit the acute atrophying of thymus and spleen tissue caused by heat stress.
