【摘要】 目的了解开平市城区托幼机构儿童蛲虫感染状况和提供防治对策。方法用肛周拭擦法,每天上午8:00至10:00采样镜检。结果共检查34所托幼机构8591名儿童,检出有蛲虫卵1036人,阳性率12.2％;其中私立机构阳性率14.4％(404,/2744)显著高于公立机构的11.2％(657/5847);各年龄组儿童的感染率无显著性差异。结论应通过加强健康教育,环境消毒和药物防治的综合措施,控制儿童蛲虫感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the infection status of T. trichuria of Kindergarten’s children in Kaiping city and put forward the control measures. Methods To collect samples at 8:00 am to 10:00am every day and view under microscope. Result 8591 children was tested, the positive rate of T. trichuria was 12.2%, among which the positive rate of personal kindergartens (14.4%) was significandy higher than that of public kindergartens (1.2%). There was no different between the positive rate of T. trichuria infection in the3、4、5、6 years old groups. Conclusion The measures, which strengthening healdi education, environment sterilization,prevention and treatment, could effectively control the infection of T. trichuria.更多还原
